Store/Nursery Sales
Primary duty
is to ensuring all clients receive prompt, efficient, knowledgeable
and courteous service. Other duties include helping manager
maintain plant materials and selling areas to very high standards.
The ideal candidates will have a garden store/nursery background
and have been involved in the “green industry” for
a min of 2 years. Candidate should have a working knowledge
of plant materials, lawn & garden chemicals and the ability
to identify and help solve common disease and insect problems,
etc. Knowledge of the Spanish Language is beneficial
Also must be:
· Energetic and hands on · Have somewhat flexible
availability · Strong people and communication skills · Enjoy
working as part of a team motivated by team success. Computer
register skills beneficial.

Greenhouse/Annual-Perennial
Manager
Primary duty
is to ensuring all clients receive prompt, efficient, knowledgeable
and courteous service. Duties include supervising annual & perennial
area and maintaining selling areas to very high standards.
The ideal candidates will have a garden store/nursery/greenhouse
background and have been involved in the “green industry” for
a min of 3-4 years. Candidate must have very good knowledge
of annuals & perennials, and should have some knowledge
of landscape plant materials. Should have the ability to
identify and help solve common disease and insect problems,
etc. Knowledge of the Spanish Language is beneficial but
not necessary.
Also must be:
Energetic and hands on. Have somewhat flexible availability
in season. Strong people and communication skills · Enjoy
working as part of a team motivated by team success.
