12000 Series
The 12000 series
economy valves feature an engineering grade plastic body and cover
(12024E & 12024EF), or an optional solvent weld PVC body (12000S
& 12000SF). All models have 1/4" stainless steel cover bolts
with brass body inserts and standard molded shock cone
to reduce water hammer. Of course the 12000 series uses our unique
"reverse flow" design and dual self cleaning
diaphragm ports.

21000 Series
The 21000 series
"DW" valves are rated for dirty water applications as well
as for potable water use. In addition to standard Weathermatic valve
features, the 21000 has an oversized exhaust port
to allow dirt and debris to pass through and prevent clogging, nylon
reinforced diaphragm for longer life, and a brass
non-rising flow stem.
The 21000 series
body and cover are made of high strength glass-filled plastic
material and are designed to operate in heavy duty commercial
applications. Excellent low flow characteristics make
this valve an ideal choice for micro-irrigation applications.

11000 Series
Our top-of-the-line
plastic valve. The 11000 "CR" series is manufactured out
of high strength glass-filled plastic and represents
the state of the art in heavy duty commercial valves. Like all Weathermatic
valves it has our unique dual ported/nylon reinforced diaphragm
and reverse flow design which provide longer life
and greater debris resistance. Excellent low flow characteristics
make it an ideal choice for micro-irrigation.
The 11000 series
is a true contamination resistant (CR) valve which
features our S24B solenoid and Pro-Cap actuator in
addition to internal oversized ports to enable it
to be used in the most severe water conditions. Our confidence in
the 11000 series is demonstrated with a 5 year limited warranty
on the valve and diaphragm, and 7 year limited warranty on
the S24B solenoid.

7000 Series
The 7000 series
"DW" valves are rated for dirty water applications as well
as potable water use. The cover and body are made out of a high
strength bronze alloy, and feature stainless steel cover
bolts for easy access and service. The diaphragm is constructed
of nylon reinforced rubber, and like all Weathermatic
valves features our unique dual porting to minimize
clogging due to debris.
As with our
other valves, the 7000 series has an internal manual bleed
lever, integral shock cone to minimize water
hammer, and has excellent low flow characteristics
for use with drip or micro-irrigation.

, the 8000 series comes with all of the features that have made
it an industry standard - like reverse flow design
for longer diaphragm life, dual ported/nylon reinforced diaphragm
to minimize clogging, shock cone to reduce water hammer,
and oversized porting combined with our S24B solenoid
to give it a "CR" contamination resistant rating. The 8000
works equally well in low flow/micro-irrigation and high pressure
applications.
